Project Improving Fundamental Freedoms and Human Rights in Iraq

Iraqi Amal Association, within the “Improving Fundamental Freedoms and Human Rights in Iraq” project and in partnership with the Arab Institute for Human Rights and the “Search for Common Ground” organization, organized a training workshop entitled “Outcome Harvesting” for three days, from September 28th till the 30th, with the participation of 15 male and female employees of the association
The workshop focused on the importance of harvesting results in improving future performance, enhancing institutional capacity, and supporting strategic planning. It addressed how to use results to achieve project objectives and enhance the credibility of final outputs, with a focus on addressing weaknesses
The workshop included interactive sessions that encouraged the exchange of experiences and ideas, in addition to exercises to analyze previous projects and diagnose the most important points with the aim of improving them in the future. The main goal of the workshop was to enhance professional efficiency and support sustainable development within the association
